Privacy Policy

We do not collect any personal data. Pivot Fitness has no account or login system, so we have no name, email address, or other identifying information tied to you at all. There is no server that receives, stores, or processes your information — we simply have nothing to collect.
2. Your workout data stays on your device
Everything you enter in the app — your routines, logged workouts, sets, reps, weights, and progress history — is stored locally on your own phone or tablet, using standard on-device storage. None of it is sent to us or to any server. We never see it, and we have no way to access it, back it up, or recover it, because it never leaves your device.
3. Notifications
Pivot Fitness can remind you of your scheduled workout days using your device's local notification system. These reminders are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device, based on settings you choose yourself — they are not push notifications sent from a server, and setting them up does not involve sending any information to us.
4. The exercise library
The exercises, descriptions, and images in the app's exercise library come from the Free Exercise DB, a public domain dataset. This content is bundled with the app and browsing it does not involve any data collection or connection to a server on our part.
5. No sharing with third parties
Because we do not collect any personal data, there is nothing for us to sell, share, or disclose to advertisers, analytics companies, or any other third party. Pivot Fitness does not contain third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
6. Children's privacy
Pivot Fitness is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children — this follows automatically from the fact that the app does not collect personal data from any user, of any age.
7. Deleting your data
Since we never receive or store your data, there is nothing on our end to delete. All of your workout data lives only on your device. If you uninstall the app, that data is permanently removed along with it — there is no cloud backup or copy stored anywhere, by us or otherwise, so an uninstall cannot be undone. If you'd like to keep your data, back up your device through your phone's own backup system before uninstalling.
8. If this changes in the future
Pivot Fitness is currently free, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If that changes in a future version of the app — for example, if we introduce a paid feature or a subscription — this policy will be revisited and updated to reflect anything that changes about how your data is handled.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the app. If we do, we'll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page occasionally.
